• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. VPN Protected shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

4. Description of Service

VPN Protected provides virtual private network services designed to encrypt your internet traffic, protect your online privacy, and enable access to the open internet. Our Service includes:

5.2 Billing & Payment

All payments are processed through trusted third-party payment providers. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method. Prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout and may be subject to applicable taxes.

5.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current renewal price unless we notify you of a price change in advance. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your account settings.

5.4 Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team. Refund requests beyond this 30-day period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not available for renewals or repeated subscriptions.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

9. Disclaimers & Warranty Limitations

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VPN Protected disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

VPN Protected does not guarantee that the Service will bypass all geo-restrictions or that it will be compatible with all websites, applications, or streaming services at all times. Network conditions, third-party actions, and other external factors may affect Service performance.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VPN Protected and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• Service interruptions or inability to access the Service.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions.
• Statements or conduct of any third party relating to the Service.
• Any other matter relating to the Service.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service exceed the total amount you have paid to VPN Protected in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Your violation of any rights of a third party, including intellectual property rights.
• Any content or data you transmit through the Service.

12. Service Modifications & Termination

12.1 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

12.2 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of a subscription period unless covered by our refund policy.

12.3 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if we reasonably believe that:

12.4 Effect of Termination

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

14.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any disputes will be resolved on an individual basis. You waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against VPN Protected.

15. Force Majeure

VPN Protected shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, pandemics, government actions, power outages, internet outages, or failures of third-party service providers.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent of the parties.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements published by us on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and VPN Protected regarding your use of the Service. These Terms supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.
