4. Refund Conditions

To ensure a smooth refund process, please note the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Refunds apply only to the most recent billing cycle. Previous months' payments are not eligible.
  • Each account is entitled to one refund. Repeated subscribe-and-refund behavior may result in denial of future requests.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • If your account was suspended for violating our Terms of Service, you may not be eligible for a refund.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Gift subscriptions that have already been redeemed by the recipient.
  • Promotional or heavily discounted plans clearly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
  • Payments made through third-party resellers — please contact the reseller directly for their refund policy.
  • Requests submitted after 30 days from the original purchase date.

⚠️ App Store Purchases: If you purchased VPN Protected through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refunds are handled by Apple or Google respectively. Please contact their support directly.

6. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. After cancellation, your VPN Protected service remains active until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.

Cancelling your subscription does not automatically trigger a refund. If you would like a refund in addition to cancellation, please submit a separate request as described in Section 3.

7. Plan Upgrades & Downgrades

If you upgrade from a lower plan (e.g., Silver to Gold), the price difference is prorated and charged immediately. If you downgrade, the new pricing takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle — no partial refunds are issued for downgrades within an active cycle.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

We kindly ask that you contact our support team before initiating a chargeback through your bank or payment provider. We resolve the majority of billing concerns within 24 hours. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension and delays in resolving the issue.

9. Refund Processing Timeline

Once your refund is approved, here's what to expect:

  • Credit / Debit Cards: 5–10 business days.
  • PayPal: 3–5 business days.
  • Bank Transfer: 7–14 business days.
  • Cryptocurrency: Refunds for crypto payments are issued in equivalent USD value at the time of the original transaction and returned via bank transfer or PayPal.

Processing times depend on your payment provider and are outside of our control. If you haven't received your refund after the stated period, check with your bank first, then contact us.
